For businesses

Our site and services are for businesses. When you book a call or sign up, you confirm you’re doing it for your business, not as a consumer, and that you’re at least 18.

The free call

The call is free and there’s no obligation. It lasts about 20 minutes, on Google Meet. Before it, we look at your public Instagram profile and posts, using the handle you give us. On the call, we show you why your Instagram isn’t bringing in more customers and what we’d post to change that, and answer your questions. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you.

Anything we suggest on the call is yours to use, whether or not we work together. It’s general guidance based on what we can see, not a promise of results.

Calendly sends your confirmation and reminders by email, and by text if you add a number for text reminders when you book. The texts are only about your call, and they can’t receive replies. You can move or cancel the call with the link in your email from Calendly. If the time stops working for you, please move it rather than missing it.

The service

Our Instagram service is $249 a month (US dollars), unless your order says otherwise. There’s no setup fee. Each month we write, design and post 16 carousel posts, four a week, each with up to 10 slides and a caption, on your Instagram account and your Facebook Page.

The posts are made from what you tell us on a 30-minute setup call (what you sell, how you talk, what your customers ask) and from the photos you send us. Your first four posts are ready within 48 hours of your setup call.

Each week you see the posts before they go out. Approve them in one tap, or ask for one round of changes. If we haven’t heard from you within two days, the posts go out exactly as you were shown them.

Every post ends with a keyword people can comment to reach your direct messages. Replying to comments and messages, and looking after your customers, stays with you. Each month we send you a report on how your posts performed, such as reach, saves, followers and comments, and what we’ll post more of.

The service doesn’t include Reels, paid ads, other platforms, or strategy work beyond the posts, unless we agree it in writing.

30-day guarantee

If you get no new customer DMs in the 30 days after your first post goes live, we refund your first month in full, and your second month too if it was already billed. A new customer DM is a message from an account that hasn’t messaged your business before.

The guarantee needs our posts to stay up and your account to stay connected. To claim, email elvis@snowballreach.com. It covers only those payments; later months aren’t refundable, and you can cancel future months anytime.

Paying and cancelling

You pay monthly, in advance, through our payment provider. There’s no minimum term. You can cancel future months anytime by emailing elvis@snowballreach.com. Your service then runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Apart from the 30-day guarantee, payments aren’t refundable, including for part of a month.

Your account and your content

We post through an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. You connect it during setup through Meta’s own login, so no password changes hands, and you can disconnect it at any time. Disconnecting stops posting.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and other material you send us, and that what you tell us about your business, prices and offers is accurate.

Once paid for, the posts, captions and designs we make for you are yours to use however you like, including after you cancel or use the guarantee. We keep our own templates, methods and know-how, and may use them for other clients, but we don’t use your photos or your business’s details in anyone else’s posts. We’ll only show your posts as examples of our work with your permission.

Instagram and Facebook are run by Meta under its own terms. We follow them, but we don’t control how Meta shows your posts, changes its features or treats accounts.

Results and figures

The view, follower, like and share figures on our site come from the founder’s own accounts, as reported by the platforms. “65M+ views” means views on accounts he grew from zero. When we say our posts are built from the patterns behind 100M+ views, we mean the hooks, structures and share triggers drawn from short-form videos with more than 100 million views between them. These figures show what has been done, not what you’ll get.

The sample post on our booked page is for a fictional bakery. It shows how we build posts; it isn’t client work.

Your results depend on your business, your offer, your photos, your market and how quickly you reply to comments and messages. Apart from the 30-day guarantee, we don’t guarantee any number of views, followers, messages or customers.

Using this site

You’re welcome to view and share pages of this site. Please don’t copy or reuse our content, designs or code without our permission, and don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or scrape it.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. Links to other sites, such as Calendly, Google Meet and LinkedIn, are there for convenience; we don’t control those sites.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Otherwise, we’re not responsible for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, opportunity or data, or for indirect losses. For this site and the free call, our total liability to you is limited to £100. For the service, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies. If you’re a client and a change affects your service, we’ll tell you before it applies.
